We are looking to hire freshers with any graduation degree who have passed out between 2022 and 2023 with not less than 50% marks in all academics. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the IT industry.
We are offering a comprehensive 6-month on the job training program to help you gain the skills and experience required for this role as a fresher . After the completion of training, we will provide placement either at one of our client's locations or in our own internal projects. Additionally, we will provide a stipend of 12k during the training period. We ensure that you will get decent package after training period.

As per our company policies, we require a security deposit of 1.3 lakhs in the form of a demand draft (DD) from the candidates. This money will be held with us for the duration of 2-year contract, after completion of 2 years, 1 lakh will be refunded to the candidate. This is our way of ensuring that both parties are committed to the same timeline and terms.
We are committed to helping our clients find the right candidates for their business needs. That's why we have been training the candidates as per their requirements, investing in their development over a period of six months.
Unfortunately, some of these candidates have failed to join our clients' companies after being trained, due to reasons beyond our control. To prevent such incidents from occurring again and protect ourselves from the financial losses incurred due to this, we recommend implementing a security deposit in these cases.
This would help ensure that all those undergoing training will commit to joining our client companies upon completion of their training program and we can try recovering any losses incurred due to non-compliance through this security deposit.

He is an innovator who believes digitalization and process are at the heart of any success story in today’s world. Hence, he is constantly driving change through digital transformation across all his mandates.
He brings with him a wealth of experience, primarily in the Staffing Industry, and has been a key part of Omnisoft systems since 2015. Today, he helms Omnisoft systems Search & Recruitment and is known for his visionary outlook and consistent drive to deliver extraordinary results.

CG Hardy serves as the Chief Delivery Officer for Omnisoft systems IT Staffing.
Hardy has a multitude of certifications in Computers, System Management, Global Project Management, ITILL (F), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and a wealth of experience of over two decades in working with top Fortune 500 clients on People Supply Chain planning and execution for both lateral and contingent workforce models.
Prior to joining Omnisoft systems, he worked with Nestle, DXC, Steria-Sopra, Wipro, and Harman International.

Digvendra serves as the Director – Client Engagement for Omnisoft systems IT Staffing.
A passionate leader and an alumnus of Manipal Institute of Technology, Digvendra brings with him rich experience of over 15 years in IT Business. He is an accomplished professional with in-depth knowledge and a proven track record of building high-performing teams for multinational customers in Hi-Tech, Health Care & Life sciences and Captive sectors.
Prior to this, he was engaged with several multinational corporations like Wipro & HCL where he led teams across regions working towards Business Growth and Profitability. He served as Director, Digital Sales in his last assignment with Apexon.

Deepa Ganapathy A, in her current role as Vice President, is responsible for P&L of BFSI, Healthcare & Retail portfolio for India business. She spearheads large IT Managed Services for strategic clients. An expert in Business Development, she primarily focusses on revenue growth.
A post-graduate in Humanities from the University of Mysore, she has been with Omnisoft systems IT Staffing for over 6 years and was instrumental in growing the IT staff augmentation business. She is an active member of the Omnisoft systems Diversity Council.
In the early years of her career, she was associated with Accenture for over 6 years, in their Financial Services & Resource Management division. She was also associated with Trigent Software for about 3 years as a General Manager in the India Professional Services division.

Ratish has over 16 years of experience in Leadership and Contingent Hiring, Compensation Benchmarking, and Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) in companies across India and the Middle East.
Prior to this, Ratish worked briefly with an HR tech company in the capacity of Chief Sales Officer, enabling corporates to hire efficiently with the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning. This is his second stint with Omnisoft systems. Previously, Ratish spent over 11 years with Omnisoft systems, handling multiple businesses and large teams across geographies, managing scale and complexity.
He is a passionate wildlife photographer and also actively works with a couple of tiger conservation groups in India.

Sunitha Karthikeyan, an experienced HR practitioner of 19 years, is the HR head for Omnisoft systems IT Staffing. In this role, she leads all Human Resources functions of Omnisoft systems IT Staffing and reports directly to the CEO.
Sunitha is responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement, and Talent Development initiatives across Omnisoft systems IT Staffing. She has contributed significantly to improving the HR processes and introduced many new initiatives. She joined Magna Infotech in January 2017.
Sunitha started her career at Wipro Ltd and dedicated 16 years at the company across a variety of roles. She is adept at problem-solving, multi-tasking, and team management.

Kishan has over 25 years of experience with Automotive OEMs and Engineering Services, with vast hands-on experience in automotive engineering, R&D, new product design, VAVE, prototype, testing, homologation, and certification.
Currently he heads our Digital Engineering Services with specific focus on domains including Automotive, Manufacturing, Embedded and Product Engineering. Prior to Omnisoft systems, he spent over 10 years with Automotive OEMs (GM, Mahindra, Force Motors) and over 15 years’ with Engineering services.

Nirmal Vyas, General Manager – Delivery Operations, joined Omnisoft systems in February 2019 and is based in Vadodara, our first office in Gujarat. He is an expert in the e-commerce domain and has over 15 years of experience in IT staff augmentation. He has experience in handling customers, mainly in Captive, BFSI, and Healthcare domains.
Before Omnisoft systems, he was associated with Collabera Technologies and Experis IT- ManpowerGroup in Delivery Management for 14 years. He also holds a Corporate MBA degree from Symbiosis in Human Resource and Development. He believes in innovating thinking and challenging the status quo and in creating opportunities and not just waiting for them.

Vamsi Krishna heads the IT Services Vertical business at Omnisoft systems IT Staffing. In his current role, he oversees the business operations and growth of the IT services vertical. He also leads the sales efforts of the organization for new business development.
Vamsi has about 20 years of work experience spanning various industry domains and geographies. He has extensively worked in client-facing roles, extending services like IT staffing, recruitment, IT services, CAD/CAM and IT product development. Prior to his role in Omnisoft systems IT Staffing, he was based in the Middle East leading the efforts for Staffing and Recruitment business.

Adeeba is an MBA graduate in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis and a dynamic leader with over 16 years of experience. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the HL College of Commerce, Ahmedabad, and a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Kushal is the finance head at Omnisoft systems IT Staffing. He has been with us since May 2017 and has over 11 years of diversified experience in the field of strategic finance, accounting, and general management. His extensive experience in working on different portfolios of finance involving business finance, controllership, treasury, compliance, Robotics Process Automation for finance, and SAP/ERP migrations has been instrumental in empowering his department.

Binaz has been instrumental in creating strong client partnerships at Omnisoft systems IT Staffing since 2010. Adept at handling various responsibilities, she takes care of delivering and nurturing customer relationships, developing key vendor strategies and accurately mapping customized service offerings to our clients. She also handles the gamut of IT recruitments, client management & delivery processes ranging from P&L, revenue, operations, and workflow, to finding the right personnel for key project positions.

Lohit Bhatia, President – Workforce Management, joined Omnisoft systems in 2011 heading sales for our General Staffing Division and rose to the position of CEO – Staffing by 2016. During his stint as the CEO of Business Staffing, he created the team while establishing our Staffing business as not only the largest by associates deployed or clients managed, also by services offered, and technology used for our associate employees and clients. He has now embarked on a larger role as President where he leads the teams that drive: General Staffing, IT Staffing and Recruitment, Digital Compliance, Training and Skill Development and Logistics Businesses. He is responsible for bringing together the entire Workforce Management platform’s services for businesses in India, Singapore, APAC and the Middle East. Lohit has over 22 years of experience across industries spanning from Textiles, Auto Components and Services with a focus on product and services sales and business development.

Guruprasad Srinivasan is the Chief Operating Officer – India Region which includes businesses across Workforce Management and Operating Asset Management platforms in India/APAC geography. In this role, he leads the teams that manage: General Staffing & Recruitment, Digital Compliance, Training & Skill Development, Logistics, Speciality Facilities Management and Security Solutions business. Guruprasad has been associated with Omnisoft systems since its inception in 2007. He has over 20 years of experience in the Service industry across Strategy, Sales, Business Development and Planning & Operations. Prior to joining Omnisoft systems, he has worked with Adecco Flexione Workforce Solutions Limited as GM – Payroll and Services where he was handling process implementation, new business initiatives and quality control. His professional tenure also includes a stint with Hewitt Associates where he served as the Client Delivery Manager. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Bangalore University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Karnataka State Open University. He also holds a Stanford Ignite Certification from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
